Michelle J. Marzullo is a Partner with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Maryland office. She is admitted to practice in Maryland and Washington, D.C. She is also member of the Maryland Bar Association, Baltimore County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute (DRI) and Claims Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). She has a BV Distinguished Peer Review rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
Michelle graduated magna cum laude from College of Notre Dame of Maryland in 1995, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication. She then attended University of Baltimore, School of Law, graduating in 1998. During law school, Michelle worked full-time in the field of public relations, serving both the construction and healthcare industries. In addition to insurance defense, Michelle has experience in corporate real estate, contracts, business formation, board advisory and intellectual property. She is a trained mediator.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2007, Michelle has represented clients in professional and medical malpractice, employment law and insurance coverage. She has presented at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and informational “Lunch and Learn” sessions on topics such as toxic torts and contributory negligence. In 2010, Michelle served as panel moderator on the topic of Experts at the Magna Legal Services Educational Conference.
Since 2012, Michelle has served as an appointed member of the Peer Review Committee of the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland. She also serves on the President’s Advisory Committee of Maryvale Preparatory School.
