Jordan Gerrity is an Associate Attorney with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

Jordan graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2013, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida and obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2016. While attending Florida Coastal, she interned at the Office of the Public Defender in Duval County, Florida and worked as a law clerk for a local law firm in Jacksonville, Florida.

Jordan graduated law school in 2016 and accepted a position as an Associate Attorney at the boutique firm where she worked as a clerk. During her time in the private sector, she represented clients in a variety of matters involving insurance defense, premise liability, slip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, and employment discrimination actions.

Prior to joining Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly, Jordan gained extensive litigation and trial experience as she pursued her career as a criminal defense attorney. During that time, she tried a variety of cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, giving her invaluable courtroom experience. Outside of the courtroom, Jordan regularly advocated on behalf of her clients by conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, and negotiating favorable offers for her clients. Jordan is tough and works vigorously to defend and protect her client’s rights.

In her spare time, Jordan enjoys supporting the Philadelphia Eagles, traveling, and spending time with her family.
