Justin Britton is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly.

An alumnus of St. Augustine Preparatory School in Richland, New Jersey, Justin received his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2008 and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2012 with a distinction in Business Organizations Law. Justin also earned his MBA from Villanova University’s School of Business in 2016.

Justin’s experience encompasses a variety of civil and criminal issues. During law school, Justin participated in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (iTAP). He also served as a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Joseph E. Kane in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County, Civil Law Division where he analyzed motions submitted to or argued before the Superior Court, attended trials, motion hearings and pre-trial conferences, and drafted Memorandum of Decisions and Orders.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Justin was an Associate at a regional law firm where he represented corporate and municipal entities in the defense of various employment, personal injury, and commercial matters. 

Justin is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
