Torri Yeargins is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Torri graduated magna cum laude from Lock Haven University in 2018, with a bachelor’s degree in international studies. She attended Widener University Commonwealth Law School, graduating in 2022 with a Business Advising Certificate. At Widener, Torri was a member of both the Trial Advocacy team and the Women’s Law Caucus, as well as the Secretary of the Black Law Students Association.

During law school, Torri served as a legal intern for the Central Pennsylvania Law Clinic, helping indigent individuals with representation in housing, social services and business matters. Torri also served as a law clerk for a commercial litigation firm handling transactional files. 

Since joining Marks O’Neill, Torri has focused her practice on defending businesses and individuals in personal injuries matters involving construction site accidents, transportation, premises liability and product liability.

Outside of work, Torri enjoys traveling, reading, and baking delicious treats.
