Japreena Kaur is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in New York.

Japreena graduated from Tulane University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology. She attended Tulane Law School, graduating in 2022. During law school, she served as a competitor on the Tulane Mock Trial team and was the Assistant Director for the Tulane Legal Assistance Program.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Japreena was an associate attorney at an employment litigation firm where she handled a variety of employment, sexual assault, and harassment matters.

At Marks O’Neill, Japreena brings her experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction and Transportation practice groups.

Outside of work, Japreena enjoys being a dog mom, traveling, reading, and trying new restaurants.
