Justin Ellis is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in Maryland.
Justin graduated from Towson University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice. He attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating in 2020.
During law school, Justin participated in the school’s Law Forum publication and was an associate editor for two years. During his 3L year, Justin served as the evening student representative for the Criminal Law Association. During law school, Justin interned with the Maryland Office of the Attorney General in the Organized Crime Unit and served as a Rule 19 student attorney with the State’s Attorney Office for Baltimore County. During his last summer of law school, Justin worked as a summer law clerk for the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.
Prior to attending law school, Justin was employed as an audit analyst for a major healthcare company working on prescription drug plans. Justin also served in the United States Marine Corps.
Since joining Marks O’Neill, Justin Ellis has represented clients in casualty, healthcare, employment, and professional liability matters. He has extensive experience with representing professionals in administrative proceedings in state agencies.
Outside of work, Justin Ellis enjoys being active and spending time with his girlfriend and two dogs.
