Jennifer Stern is a Senior Partner with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Washington, D.C. She is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the Defense Research Institute.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2001, with a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Government & Politics and Criminal Justice & Criminology. She attended Seton Hall University School of Law, graduating in 2005. During law school, Jennifer chaired the Honor Council and served as a member of the Civil Litigation Clinic in the Center for Social Justice. While in law school, Jennifer gained valuable experience working as a law clerk at two defense litigation firms.

Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2005, Jennifer has focused her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on toxic tort matters. She has extensive experience representing and defending companies in asbestos and benzene litigation. In her practice, Jennifer handles state, federal, multi-district litigation and appellate matters. 

Jennifer lives in Voorhees, New Jersey with her husband and two daughters.  She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and watching reality television.
