
Keynon Harris-Miller is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
Keynon earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology from the University of Delaware. During law school, he was an active member of the Black Law Students Association and the Transactional Law Honor Society. He also served as a Certified Legal Intern in the Civil Clinic, where he gained practical litigation experience representing clients under attorney supervision. Additionally, Keynon served as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and completed the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP), an immersive trial-skills program focused on theory development, witness examination, opening statements, and closing arguments.
Before joining Marks O’Neill, Keynon served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Orphans’ Court Division of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. In that role, he conducted legal research, drafted judicial opinions, bench memoranda, proposed decrees, and orders, and reviewed matters involving estates, trusts, guardianships, and wrongful death and survival actions. His clerkship provided extensive exposure to complex fiduciary litigation and probate matters.
Before entering the legal profession, Keynon developed a strong background in project management and operations, managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement efforts in both higher education and corporate environments. He also served as a Ronald E. McNair Scholar and research assistant during his undergraduate studies.
At Marks O’Neill, Keynon brings his experience to the Casualty, Construction and Transportation practice groups. He is committed to providing practical, client-centered solutions while developing his advocacy skills both in and out of the courtroom.
Outside of work, Keynon enjoys fitness training, traveling, mentoring students interested in legal careers, and participating in community and service initiatives through Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
