
Jack W. McClaren is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in New York.
Jack graduated from Skidmore College with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Minor in Economics. He then attended Brooklyn Law School, where he was awarded the Carswell Scholarship.
During law school, Jack interned with the United States Tennis Association, as well as multiple regional law firms, where he gained broad experience in both litigation and transactional matters. Jack was also a member of Outlaws and the Unemployment Action Center.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Jack was an associate at a regional litigation defense firm, where he handled a variety of matters involving municipal defense, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and labor and employment.
Since joining Marks O’Neill, Jack brings his experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction and Transportation practice groups.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys tennis, the Buffalo Bills, trying new restaurants, and reading.
