
Courtney Lee is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Courtney graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in health policy and administration, where she was a Division I track and field athlete. She then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was the recipient of the School of Law Outstanding Achievement Award and the Public Service Leadership Recognition Award. Courtney also served as a Staff Editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
During law school, Courtney interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania and Summit Legal Aid. Additionally, she studied comparative entrepreneurial law abroad in Accra, Ghana.
Most recently, Courtney practiced law at a boutique firm which concentrated in medical malpractice matters.
Since joining Marks O’Neill, Courtney has focused her practice on casualty, employment and professional liability matters.
Outside of practicing law, Courtney enjoys exercising, traveling, and volunteering as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
