Susan Finkenberg is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New York.
Susan graduated from New York University, Tisch School of the Arts, with a bachelor’s degree in film production, and received her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Susan worked as a litigation attorney handling a variety of personal injury, NY Labor Law, construction and commercial litigation matters. From 1990 through 2005, Susan worked for the New York City Law Department, serving in various roles, including Assistant Corporation Counsel and Assistant Agency Chief Contracting Officer for the Tort Division, and also as a member of the Commercial and Real Estate Litigation Division and Tax and Bankruptcy Division. From 2005 to 2008, Susan served as Executive Associate General Counsel of the New York City Human Resources Administration. Susan started her career as an Assistant District Attorney for the Kings County District Attorney’s office.
At Marks O’Neill, Susan brings her extensive experience to the Casualty, Healthcare and Professional Liability practice groups.
