Stephanie Emmanuel-De Luna is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

Stephanie graduated from Lehigh University in 2009, with a dual bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology. She attended Rutgers University School of Law, graduating in 2012.

During law school, she served on the board of Alianza, and was involved in the Street Law Pro Bono Program. Stephanie also interned at the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office and worked with the Rutgers Small Business Administration.

Prior to joining Mark’s O’Neill, Stephanie worked in a law firm representing clients in family law and personal injury matters.

Since joining Marks O’Neill, Stephanie has focused her practice on product liability, transportation, premises liability, personal injury, and professional liability matters.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. On her own, Stephanie enjoys attending concerts and undertaking DIY projects at home.
