Paul Smyth is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, summa cum laude, from Temple University. He attended Rutgers-Camden School of Law. While there, Paul completed an externship at New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission. Paul also served as a Student Bar Association representative.

Paul has extensive litigation experience defending general liability and mass tort cases primarily involving asbestos. Paul has successfully represented manufacturers and suppliers in products liability actions.

Since joining Marks O’Neill, Paul has continued to focus his practice on general liability and mass tort matters. He defends clients in claims arising from personal injury and asbestos exposure.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and attending college and professional sporting events.
