Megan T. Mantzavinos is a Partner with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly, and serves as the Managing Partner of the Maryland office. She is admitted to practice in Delaware and Maryland. Megan is also a member of the Delaware Bar Association and served as a past Chair of its Women and Law Section.
Megan graduated from the University of Delaware in 1993, with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Later, she attended Widener University School of Law as an Evening Division student, graduating in 1998. During law school, she worked full-time as a paralegal in the Delaware office of a Philadelphia-based insurance defense firm.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 1999, Megan has focused her practice on employment and local government matters, including civil rights and land use litigation, as well as appellate advocacy. She has extensive experience in litigating cases in both the Maryland and Delaware courts and has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Delaware Supreme Court, the Maryland Court of Appeals and the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
Megan is a recent empty nester who enjoys hiking, container gardening, vegetarian cooking, and trying to teach basic manners to Riley, her rescue hound.
