Marc Sposato is a Partner with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is also a member of the Delaware Bar Association.
Marc graduated from Temple University magna cum laude in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration. Prior to law school, Marc worked as a corporate underwriter for a nationwide residential mortgage lender. He then attended Widener University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2011. During law school, Marc served as articles editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, the school’s flagship law review. In his second summer of law school, Marc served as a law clerk for the Delaware Department of Justice in the Consumer Fraud Unit. In his third year of law school, Marc worked as a judicial extern for now retired Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parson of the Court of Chancery of Delaware.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2011, Marc focuses his practice on complex civil litigation including product liability, transportation, premises liability, personal injury and professional liability matters.
