
Madison Messinger is an Associate in the Pittsburgh office of Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Madison graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with minors in Mathematics and Human Biology. She then obtained a Master of Science in Health Sciences from West Virginia University. Madison attended West Virginia University School of Law. While in law school, Madison completed an internship with West Virginia University Hospitals. She also participated in the Family Law Clinic and represented clients in Family Court as a student attorney. Madison was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Club where she conducted mediations for small claim matters.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Madison worked on a variety of complex medical malpractice, toxic torts, oil and gas and general litigation matters.
At Marks O’Neill, Madison focuses her practice on construction, professional liability, toxic tort, product liability, and transportation matters.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys traveling, reading a good book, and spending her free time with her Maine Coon-mix cat, Ava.
