Kaitlyn P. Long is a Partner with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2009, with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She then attended Western New England University School of Law, graduating in 2012. During law school, Kaitlyn concentrated in Business/Corporate Law and International Human Rights Law. Also, she had an externship with the Office of Attorney General of Massachusetts, where she gained experience in criminal law, consumer protection and civil litigation. In addition, Kaitlyn had a judicial externship at the Springfield District Court in Springfield, MA, where she gained experience with various criminal and civil proceedings.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Kaitlyn was an attorney at a regional law firm with a focus on representation of large commercial lenders and servicers in the mortgage banking industry.
Since joining Marks O’Neill, Kaitlyn has represented clients in general litigation, premises liability and transportation, professional liability, construction accident and defect and medical malpractice.
Kaitlyn resides in Norwalk, Connecticut.
