Joseph Palmquist is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Joseph graduated cum laude from the University of Mount Union in 2020, with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He attended the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, graduating in 2023. During law school, he participated on the University’s Trial Team and worked for the Youth Advocacy Clinic. Additionally, he worked as a law clerk for Neighborhood Legal Services.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Joseph worked for a regional litigation firm focusing on Real Estate Transactions and Bankruptcy matters.

At Marks O’Neill, Joseph focuses his practice on construction, professional liability, toxic tort, product liability, and transportation matters.

Outside of work Joseph enjoys practicing Muay Thai and cooking with family.
