John Borelli is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. John is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
John graduated from La Salle University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. John attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating cum laude. Prior to law school, John worked as a Police Officer in Baltimore, Maryland.
During law school, John served as a Staff Editor and the Production Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum. John was awarded the highest grade in class award for Property and Legal Analysis, Research and Writing II.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, John was employed at other civil ligation defense firms where he represented client’s employment matters, as well in personal injury matters involving premises liability claims, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents and product liability matters.
At Marks O’Neill, John has extensive experience with casualty litigation and complex employment matters in state and federal court, as well as before federal, state, and local agencies, including the EEOC, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations. John also represents clients in matters arising from employment agreements, such as restrictive covenants and non-solicitation agreements.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family, attending concerts and UFC events.
