Jon (“Jack”) Marshall is an Associate Attorney with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. Jack is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania as well as in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.

Jack graduated from Fordham University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He then attended Delaware Law School of Widener University, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2021. During law school, Jack was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Jack served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Frank Palumbo and the Honorable Tamika Washington in the Criminal Trial Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. During his clerkships, Jack assisted in all aspects of the criminal trial process.

After leaving the public sector, Jack transitioned to civil litigation and worked as an associate attorney with a regional defense litigation law firm where he represented clients in all aspects of both Plaintiff and Defense litigation in matters including premises liability, construction liability, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, trucking and transportation accidents, toxic torts, and product defect liability.  

Since joining Marks O’Neill, Jack brings his experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction and Transportation practice groups.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys traveling, going for bike rides, and weightlifting.
