Fran Rudich is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. Fran is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.

Fran graduated from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science. Fran then attended Hofstra Law School. During law school, Fran served as a law clerk for a New York Landlord/Tenant firm.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Fran was employed by regional litigation firms handling complex civil and commercial litigation, focusing on employment law and municipal liability litigation.

Since joining Marks O’Neill, Fran brings her experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction and Transportation practice groups.

Outside of work, Fran enjoys going to the beach, listening to music, and attending concerts.
