Fabio A. Sciarrino, Esq., is a Partner with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Fabio graduated from Temple University in 1999, with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He attended Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, graduating in 2003. While in law school, Fabio served in the Major Trials and Charging Units of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jane Cutler Greenspan of the Criminal Trials Division of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Also during law school, Fabio worked at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) and at the Solicitor’s Office for the City of Philadelphia. He also served as the Senior Production Editor for the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review. In 2003, his authored article, titled The Doctor Will See You Now, Be Sure to Bring Your Privacy Rights In With You, was published in the law review.

Following law school, Fabio worked for several years in the Professional Liability Department at a prestigious Philadelphia defense firm, and successfully represented a wide range of prominent medical specialists, hospitals, nursing homes, and skilled nursing facilities. During that time, he participated in multiple trials resulting in defense verdicts in a broad spectrum of major medical negligence cases. Prior to MOODK, Fabio represented individuals who had suffered catastrophic injuries, acquired significant courtroom and mediation experience, and successfully obtained multiple million-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. At Marks O’Neill, Fabio focuses his practice in the areas of Casualty, Healthcare and defending professionals against malpractice.

Fabio is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has handled multiple personal injury cases in both jurisdictions.

Outside of work, Fabio enjoys exercising and engaging in outdoor physical activities, such as soccer, running, biking, and swimming. He also enjoys spending quality time with wife and 4 children, and being involved in his community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
