David M. Samuel III is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
David graduated magna cum laude from Monmouth University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in political science with a Concentration in Legal Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice. David attended Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, graduating in May 2022. David served as the Co-President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society as well as a member of the school’s Black Law Students Association. During law school, David served as a legal intern with Fanatics, Inc. in their legal department, and a law firm co-op intern.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, David clerked for the Honorable Judge Sean F. Kennedy of the First Judicial District Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County. During his clerkship, David was responsible for drafting judicial opinions and orders, facilitating settlements as well as conducting jury selections.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the Philadelphia restaurant scene, and watching college and professional sports.
