Daniel Bentz is a Partner with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly and serves as the Managing Partner of the Pittsburgh office. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Kentucky. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, West Virginia Bar Association, and the Kentucky Bar Association.
Daniel graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1996, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, graduating in 2005. During law school, Daniel participated in the National Health Law Moot Court Competition.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2007, Daniel has represented clients in numerous areas and focuses his practice on product liability, mass tort, premises liability and construction law matters.
