Daniel Behr is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Daniel Behr graduated from Rutgers University in 2017, with a Bachelor of Art in Political Science. He attended Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, graduating in 2021. During law school, He participated in the International Law Society. He also studied at the Université de Rennes 1 – Faculté de Droit et de Science Politique (School of Law and Political Science in Rennes, Brittany, France). During law school, Daniel interned with the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office in New Brunswick, NJ.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Daniel clerked for the Honorable Kenneth J. Powell, Jr. in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.

Outside of work, Daniel Behr enjoys watching soccer, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
