Courtney Morgan is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. Courtney is admitted to practice in New York.

Courtney graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in foreign affairs. Courtney then attended the University of Baltimore School of Law.

During law school, Courtney served as a research assistant and conducted research on international women’s rights within international adjudicative bodies. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Althea M. Handy of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.

Prior to joining Marks, O’Neill, Courtney was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Yvette M. Bryant of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.

At Marks, O’Neill, Courtney brings her experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction, and Transportation practice groups.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys running, traveling, reading, and spending time with family.
