Casey McCurdy is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations.

Casey graduated cum laude from Duquesne University in 2013, with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science.  He attended Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, graduating in 2016. During law school, he was a member of the Drexel Law Moot Court Board where he competed in the Thurgood Marshall Nationals Competition and the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition.

During law school he clerked for the Honorable Jeffrey K. Sprecher in the Berks County Court of Common Pleas. He also interned with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. There he gained experience conducting preliminary hearings before Magisterial Justices in Bucks County, while also preparing witnesses for testimony and cross-examining defendants and defense witnesses.

Since joining Marks O’Neill, Casey has represented clients in toxic tort, mass tort and product liability.  He focuses his practice on asbestos litigation.

Casey enjoys playing soccer and golf, as well as cheering on all of the Philadelphia sports teams.
