Arturo Boutin is Of Counsel to Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He brings over twenty years of experience in successfully defending premises liability, NY Labor Law actions, commercial property damage cases and wrongful death actions. Arturo is experienced in both handling and supervising the litigation of cases from inception through trial including pre- and post-trial appellate practice. Arturo ensures a cost-efficient and favorable result for each client whether by settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial.
Arturo received his B.A. from Fordham University and his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law where he graduated in the top 15th percentile of his class and was the recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of New York, as well as the U. S. District Court for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York.
At Marks O’Neill, Arturo brings his extensive experience to the Casualty, Construction and Transportation practice groups.
Arturo’s outside interests include art collecting, travel and community involvement.
