Andrew Milisits is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Andrew graduated summa cum laude from the University of Scranton in 2019, with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy. While at Scranton, he was a four-year starter and captain for the men’s golf team. He attended the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, graduating in 2022. During law school, he was awarded a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was a student-attorney in the Federal Tax Clinic which provides free legal representation to low-income individuals in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, both before the IRS and in federal court.
As a summer associate and legal extern for law firms located in his native area of the Lehigh Valley, Andrew worked on a variety of complex legal matters including divorce and child custody cases, criminal defense, estate planning and administration, medical malpractice defense, and commercial litigation.
Since joining Marks O’Neill, Andrew has focused his practice on zealously defending clients in cases involving construction defects, construction accidents, subrogation, premises liability, catastrophic losses, and medical malpractice actions brought against physicians, nurses, physicians’ assistants, nurse practitioners, hospitals, health systems, long term care facilities, home care providers and behavioral health facilities.
Andrew lives in Wynnewood with his girlfriend and their Morkie puppy, Ruby. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
