Alexis Marshall is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Alexis graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University – Camden in 2013, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and minor in Philosophy. She attended Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law, graduating with Pro Bono Honors in 2016.
In law school, Alexis interned at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law, in the Torts Litigation Section. Additionally, Alexis served on the Appellate Litigation Clinic in her 3L year, appearing before the Pennsylvania state court and the Third Circuit. Immediately following law school, Alexis served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge David Morgan, P.J.Cv., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Vicinage XV and acted as a Court appointed mediator in the Court’s Special Civil Division.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Alexis had extensive legal practice defending large corporations and individuals alike in civil practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A large portion of that practice was dedicated to insurance defense and self-insured clients in property damage, personal injury, premise liability, products liability, contract disputes, construction defect, and trucking/motor vehicle claims.
Since joining Marks O’Neill, Alexis has focused her practice on defending businesses and individuals in personal injuries matters involving construction site accidents, transportation, premises liability and product liability.
Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and traveling. On her own, Alexis practices weightlifting and mixed martial arts recreationally.
