Brittany R. Naimoli (“Britt”) is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.

Brittany graduated summa cum laude from Neumann University, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and minors in History and Philosophy. She attended Drexel Kline School of Law and was awarded the Public Interest Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association Outstanding Public Interest Student Award. She was also a member of Drexel’s Moot Court.

During law school, she interned with the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate, the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office, and the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office. She also was an avid volunteer at the Philadelphia SeniorLaw Center. Additionally, she participated in Drexel’s Civil Litigation Field Clinic where she was a certified legal intern at Philadelphia Legal Assistance, representing individuals involved in custody and protection from abuse matters.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Brittany represented and counseled businesses on labor and employment related matters. She also was a law clerk for the Honorable John C. Eastlack, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey where she was exposed to a multitude of both civil and criminal matters.

Since joining Marks O’Neill, Brittany has focused her practice on matters involving professional liability and employment law.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys traveling, attending Philadelphia sports events, golfing, and trying new restaurants.
