
Marie-Emmanuelle Takore is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in New York.
Marie-Emmanuelle graduated summa cum laude from the University of Bridgeport, with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and human security. She first attended Golden Gate University School of Law and transferred to St John’s University School of Law. At Golden Gate University School of Law, she was awarded a Merit Scholarship and was a recipient of two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Criminal Justice and Constitutional Law. At St John’s University School of Law, she was awarded an Aequitas Scholarship and participated in the Child Advocacy Clinic, where she represented juveniles facing removal proceedings in immigration court.
During law school, she interned at a civil litigation firm in San Francisco, California and a matrimonial law firm in Great Neck, New York. Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Marie-Emmanuelle was an attorney with a midsize New York litigation firm handling cases brought pursuant to the Child’s Victims Act.
At Marks O’Neill, Marie-Emmanuelle brings her experience to the Casualty Group, Healthcare & Catastrophic & Excess Loss, Professional Liability and Construction and Transportation groups.
Outside of work, Marie-Emmanuelle enjoys listening to music, baking, videography and traveling.
