
Carolyn Bohner Sollecito is an accomplished attorney with more than 25 years of experience handling complex litigation, with a particular focus on medical malpractice defense and trucking and logistics matters. She has represented physicians, nurses, hospitals, and healthcare groups in high-stakes disputes throughout Pennsylvania from inception through settlement, trial, and appeal. She has also represented a major international logistics company as national counsel in trucking accident cases.
Ms. Sollecito is committed to providing clear, timely, and comprehensive legal analysis to clients and insurance carriers.
She earned an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy, with Honors, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, a J.D. from Villanova Law School, and a B.A. in English, cum laude, from Villanova University. Ms. Sollecito is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is a member of the Chester County Bar Association.
Ms. Sollecito’s legal experience also includes judicial service as a law clerk and senior law clerk to President Judge Joseph T. Doyle of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, where she performed advanced legal research and drafted judicial opinions. She has served the legal community through her court appointment to the Chester County Rules Committee by contributing to the revision of the Chester County Rules of Civil Procedure.
