Yacine Williams is an Associate with Marks, O’Neil, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly.  She is admitted to practice in New York. 

Yacine graduated from Drew University in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in French and minor in Political Science.  She also obtained her master’s degree in criminal justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2015.  She then went on to attend the City University of New York School of Law, graduating in 2020. 

While in law school, Yacine worked full time as a paralegal for a defense litigation firm where she gained experience in general liability matters.  During law school, Yacine was also a member of the Criminal Defense Clinic where she spent a year working directly with the incarcerated to prepare a clemency application which was granted by Governor Hochul in 2022. 

Prior to joining Marks, O’Neil, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly, Yacine worked for an insurance defense litigation firm where she focused on transportation, labor law and premises liability matters.

At Marks O’Neill, Yacine brings her experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction and Transportation practice groups.

Outside of work, Yacine enjoys traveling, attending concerts and spending time with family and friends.
