William Rossi is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s New Jersey office. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
William graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He also minored in Legal Studies and Philosophy. William then attended Rutgers Law School where he served as an editor for the Rutgers Law Review, the premier law journal at Rutgers. William’s article, “Constitutionally Imposed Debt Limitations: Responding to the Financial Exigency Caused by Covid-19,” was published by the Law Review. William was also a member of the Student Bar Association and served as a representative for the Barbri Corporation.
During law school, William interned with the Honorable Sandra Lopez, of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Gloucester County. He also worked as a law clerk for his final year of law school at a plaintiff’s employment and civil rights law firm in Mount Laurel.
Since joining Marks O’Neill, William has focused his practice on defending construction defect and accident claims, as well as litigation involving premises liability and workplace accidents.
Outside of work, William enjoys watching the Philadelphia Eagles with his friends and family, playing a variety of musical instruments, and traveling.
