William Foltz is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. William is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
William graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2008, with degrees in English Communications and History. William attended Duquesne University School of Law, now the Thomas R. Kline School of Law, graduating in 2022.
During law school, Mr. Foltz worked part-time in a personal injury firm. He also interned with the Honorable Nichols Ranjan of the United States District Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania and with the Honorable Deborah Kunselman of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. He also participated in law review.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, William was employed at a civil litigation firm focused on toxic torts and insurance defense. He also worked at a small personal injury firm.
At Marks O’Neill, William has extensive experience with civil litigation and toxic torts.
Outside of work, William enjoys playing pickleball, bocce, and reading.
