Vinitha Simhadri is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. Vinitha is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Vinitha graduated from Rider University in 2020, with summa cum laude honors. Vinitha attended Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, graduating in 2023.

During law school, Vinitha was a clinic student with the Defender Association of Philadelphia. Additionally, she worked as a summer associate for a regional litigation firm and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Vernida Chaney of the Court of Appeals of Virginia.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Vinitha gained experience as a litigation attorney handling general liability matters, with a concentration on motor vehicle accidents. She represented insured individuals and insurance companies in a range of complex litigation matters.

At Marks O’Neill, Vinitha brings her experience to the Casualty, Construction and Transportation practice groups.

Outside of work, Vinitha, enjoys traveling, listening to podcasts, and going to the gym.
