Thomas Michels is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. Thomas is admitted to practice in Maryland.

Thomas graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in Economics. Thomas attended the University of Baltimore School of Law.  During law school, Thomas participated in the University of Baltimore Civil Advocacy Clinic and was a team member of the Gibbons Criminal Procedure Moot Court team. Additionally, Thomas served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Rosalyn Tang in the Appellate Court of Maryland.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Thomas was employed Clerked for the Honorable La Zette C. Ringgold-Kirksey of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.

Since joining Marks O’Neill, Thomas brings his experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction and Transportation practice groups.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and attending concerts.
