Stephen Holmes is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. Stephen is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
Stephen graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2016, with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Stephen attended Rutgers Law School, graduating in 2020. During law school, Stephen earned numerous honors such as the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and Farrell Scholarship. Additionally, he externed for the Honorable Michael E. Joyce in Camden County Superior Court.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Stephen was employed in a variety of positions within law. He began by clerking for the Honorable Anthony E. Pugliese in the Camden County Superior Court’s Civil Division. Following his clerkship, he defended the public’s civil rights while working for the United States Department of Health & Human Services, Office for Civil Rights. Stephen has also privately represented the interests of employers before a variety of courts and administrative agencies. Stephen has extensive experience with the defense of discrimination and harassment claims. He also brings experience in many other areas such as education law and labor and employment matters.
Since joining Marks O’Neill, Stephen brings his experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction and Transportation practice groups.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys the music of Bruce Springsteen, Philadelphia professional sports, and his dog, Kelce.
