Shannon Rafsol is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Philadelphia office. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Shannon graduated from Haverford College with a bachelor’s degree in English in 2017, where she was a 4 year member of the lacrosse team. She attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, graduating in 2020. During law school, she was a member of the mock trial team and served as a judicial intern for the Hon. George Pagano of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.
During law school, Shannon interned at the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and the Defenders Association of Philadelphia. Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Shannon worked for a firm that focused on representing clients experiencing data privacy events and defending them in litigation related to data privacy and cybersecurity matters.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2022, Shannon has represented clients in the area of general liability. She focuses her practice on construction, premises liability, transportation and products liability cases.
Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys cooking, playing softball, and spending time with her friends and family.
