Samuel J. Conrad is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. Samuel is admitted to practice in Delaware.

Samuel graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2019, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Minors in Law, Society, and Politics. Samuel attended Widener Delaware Law School, graduating in 2024.

During law school, Samuel was a Staff Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and a member of the First-Generation Law Society and The Moot Court Honor Society.

Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Samuel was employed with a solo practitioner specializing in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Post-Conviction Relief.

Samuel began his career with Marks O’Neill as a law clerk.  Since joining Marks O’Neill, Samuel has focused his practice on product liability, transportation, premises liability, personal injury, and professional liability matters.

Outside of work, Samuel enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with family.
