Samantha Fitzpatrick is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Philadelphia office. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and a member of the Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
Samantha graduated magna cum laude from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania in 2016, with a bachelor’s degree in French. She attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, graduating in 2019. During law school, she was awarded a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was a recipient of the Dorothy Day Pro Bono Award. Samantha also competed as part of Villanova’s National Trial Team, serving as Chair in her last year. In recognition of her performance, Samantha was awarded International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award at graduation.
During law school, Samantha gained valuable trial experience while interning in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Additionally, Samantha participated in externships with Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia and a large law firm.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Samantha served as a law clerk to The Honorable Carolyn H. Nichols of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2021, Samantha has represented clients in the area of general liability. She focuses her practice on transportation, premises liability and construction cases.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys serving as a mentor, spending time with family, and solving puzzles.
