Saikrishna S. Nadadur is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Saikrishna graduated from Pennsylvania State University, with a double major in History and Political Science. He then graduated from Fordham University in 2015 with a Master of Arts in History. He attended the University of Maryland School of Law, graduating in 2019. During law school, Saikrishna served on the Maryland Journal of Business and Technology Law as a Staff Editor in his 2L year and then as a Notes and Comments Editor in his 3L year. Saikrishna’s independent study during his 3L year resulted in his post-graduation authorship of the article “House Rules: Why Implementing Express Rules Governing Conflicts of Law Absent Parties Explicit Choice will Strengthen International Arbitration Tribunals,” 15 J. Bus. & Tech. L. 281 (2020).

During law school, Saikrishna served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Harold W. Fullilove, Jr., J.S.C. in Essex County, and as an intern at the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office in the Appellate Unit.  

After graduating law school, Saikrishna clerked for the Honorable Mark S. Ali, J.S.C., in Essex County. Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Saikrishna served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and was an Associate at a prominent South Jersey law firm where he represented employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in all stages of litigation.

Since joining Marks O’Neill, Saikrishna focuses his practice on defending employers in claims arising from wrongful termination, retaliation, and discrimination. Saikrishna represents municipal and public entities. Saikrishna also defends professionals against claims of malpractice. 

Outside of work, Saikrishna enjoys spending time with his wife and family, traveling, reading, and sports.
