Rebecca Prosper is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. Rebecca is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Rebecca graduated from Penn State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Crime, Law & Justice and a minor in African and African American Studies. She attended Temple University Beasley School of Law graduating in 2014.
During law school, she participated in a number of clubs and clinics and served as the Treasurer of the Black Law Student’s Association.
Prior to attending law school, Rebecca was employed as a litigation assistant at a mid-sized Philadelphia law firm focusing on Bankruptcy and Foreclosure.
Before joining Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly, Rebecca gained significant experience in litigating numerous cases to final disposition in both state and federal courts, including arbitrations and trials, in her roles as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia and at regional law firms. She also has considerable experience in all stages of litigation from initial pleadings, developing case strategy, communicating with clients, mediation, and settlement.
Since joining Marks O’Neill, Rebecca brings her experience to the Casualty, Healthcare, Construction and Transportation practice groups.
Outside of work, Rebeca enjoys listening to podcasts, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
