Preston C. Holmes is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Westchester office. He is admitted to practice in New York. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.
Preston graduated from Auburn University in 2013, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics. He attended the Penn State University, Dickinson School of Law, graduating in 2017. During law school, he was awarded 2015 Penn State Law Mock Trial Competition Champion and was a member of the Black Law Student Association and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
During law school, Preston interned for the American Bar Association’s Commission on Law and Aging. There he gained experience in researching legislation and policy issues within the law and aging community including health care decision-making, criminal elder abuse and guardianship.
Prior to joining the firm, Preston litigated on behalf of the City of New York, as an Assistant Corporation Counsel, within the Family Court Division of the New York City Law Department. Since joining Marks O’Neill, Preston has represented clients in matters of general liability.
Preston, originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, enjoys exercising, reading, and is an avid supporter of Auburn Tiger athletics. Preston also enjoys spending time with his family.
