Patricia Beall is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Maryland office. She is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, the United States District Courts for Maryland and District of Columbia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.  She is also a member of the Maryland and the District of Columbia Bar Associations.

Patricia graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1999, with a Bachelor of the Arts in English.  Later she attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating in 2008.  During law school, Patricia was a member of the community development law clinic, which provides assistance to nonprofits and small businesses in underserved neighborhoods. Also, Patricia worked as a summer associate for a law firm in the District of Columbia, where she gained experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting motions, assisting at hearings and in trials.

Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2011, Patricia has represented clients in a wide variety of areas, including professional malpractice, premises liability and employment.  She focuses her practice in professional liability and general liability.  She has extensive experience defending medical professionals in malpractice claims.

She was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine for 2016-2019. 

In Patricia’s free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her family.
