Nile Tracy is an Associate Attorney with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Nile graduated from Rowan University with degrees in criminal justice and sociology. He then attended Delaware Law School of Widener University, where he received his Juris Doctorate.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Nile served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Aimee Belgard in the Civil Division of the Burlington County Superior Court. Thereafter, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James Fattorini in the Family Division of the Burlington County Superior Court.
After leaving the public sector, Nile transitioned to civil litigation and worked as an associate attorney with a regional defense firm where he represented clients in New Jersey workers’ compensation matters.
Since joining Marks O’Neill, Nile has focused her practice on the areas of transportation, casualty and construction accident and construction defect.
Outside of work, Nile enjoys traveling, baking, and weightlifting.
