Nicholas Gross is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Tarrytown office. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
Nick graduated cum laude from Central Connecticut State University in 2015, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He attended Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law, graduating in 2019. During law school, he served on the Pace International Law Review as a staff writer in his 2L year and then as the Submissions Editor in his 3L year. During law school he also worked for Pace’s Food and Beverage Law Clinic and was a member of the law school fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Nick worked at similar firms focusing on insurance defense and general liability.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2021, Nick has focused his represented clients in the area of general liability. He focuses his practice on premise liability and construction cases.
