Nicholas Graves is a Senior Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
Nick graduated from the University of Virginia in 2009, with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. Further he attended Chicago-Kent College of Law, graduating in 2011.During law school, Nick was an Editor for the Seventh Circuit Review Law Journal and acted as the Lieutenant Governor of External Communications and Publications for the ABA 7th Circuit Student Division. Nick published Papa Don’t Preach: Badger Catholic v. Walsh Muddies the Line Between Church and State, 6 SEVENTH CIRCUIT REV. 230 (2010) (which discussed government funding to religious organizations).
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill, Nick worked as a senior litigation attorney handling a variety of medical malpractice, personal injury, NY Labor Law, products liability, and Child Victims Act matters. He has vast experience in all phases of litigation, including arbitrations and mediations. At Marks O’Neill, Nick brings his extensive experience to the Casualty, Construction and Transportation practice groups.
When he is not in the office, Nick enjoys playing piano and jeopardy or taking his dog to the park.
