Nathaniel “Nate” Griesbaum is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Nate graduated from Temple University in 2016, with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. He attended Widener University Delaware Law School, graduating in 2024. During law school, Nate was a member of the Delaware Law Transactional Law Honor Society. He was a recipient of the “Best New Negotiator” award in the Delaware Law Transactional Law Honor Society as well as a winner of the 2024 mock negotiations in the Delaware Law Transactional Law Honor Society.
Prior to joining Marks O’Neill Nate worked for a solo practitioner specializing in trusts and estates.
Nate began his career at Marks O’Neill as a law clerk. As an Associate, Nate focuses on matters involving Casualty, and Toxic Tort, Mass Tort, and Product Liability, and Insurance Coverage.
Nate lives in Reading, Pennsylvania with his American Bulldog, Vito. Outside of work, Nate enjoys golfing, going to the gym, all things Philadelphia sports, and spending time with friends and family.
